Return Policy
We value customer service as a forefront of our goals. It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange the merchandise within 10 days of purchase if they are not up to the standards of agreement between customer and Genius Diamond Ltd. Custom orders will not be accepted as exchange nor returned under any circumstances.
SECURITY TAG: All merchandise purchased from Genius Diamond is guaranteed brand-new. The Security Tag assures the item you received has not been previously worn and is in perfect condition. Removing the Security Tag invalidates the return and exchange acceptability.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN: We will not accept used, altered, tampered, or damaged merchandise, and merchandise without the original tags will not be accepted either. Size 3 to 4.5 and 12.5 up are all customize orders and cannot be returned or exchanged. In cases of exchange requests, the requested new merchandise will be shipped the following business day if in stock after the original merchandise has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition with all the original tags attached.
Please note-We do charge restocking fee, as 25% of the invoiced amount if the merchandise was returned for credit.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS: Changes and cancellation may be requested prior to the shipment of the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation and changes will no longer be allowed
